Data policy
Your documents stay in your workspace.
What we store
Original documents and extracted text are stored inside your workspace only. Other workspaces cannot read your documents. Only the workspace owner (you) can.
What we share
If you opt in per-case, entity names, vessel names, reference numbers and email domains extracted from your document are added to the shared register. No document text is shared. No party is labeled — only counted.
Retention
Default retention for documents is 90 days. You can change this in workspace settings, or delete a case at any time. Register aggregates persist independently.
Subject rights
If a party believes they are wrongly represented in the register, they can submit a subject request at /subject-rights. A human reviews and may correct, annotate or remove the entity.
Model
Case screening runs on Google Gemini via the Lovable AI gateway. No document text is used to train models.
